Food Hygiene Rating for The Oat Cake Shop

First off the oatcakes are very good, no problem there. How ever what really puts me off going in is the poor customer service. The women are hit or miss.... But the man who runs the shop comes across as rude and ignorant. I live local and have used the shop many times over the years. Iv got lots of examples to give, but my most recent experience came just this morning... I walk in the door, the man is slumped forward over the counter staring at his mobile phone. I look at him.... He's still staring. Then whilst seemly in a trance still looking at his phone he mutters yes. So much so I didn't even realise he was speaking to me. So I ask for my order, he then staggers away to get my oatcakes, he Chuck's them on the counter and mutters 3.30... I pay him. He then takes my money then straight back to the phone whilst walking away. I see it's Facebook that's got his attention... Well after this I won't be going in again. I'll happily find another oatcakeshop in the area. They need remember were customers... But they treat us like inconveniences.
