Food Hygiene Rating for Blue Tiffin Restaurant & Bar

We wont eat anywhere else its a superb restaurant, The food is amazing, and such a wide varied menu. Nothng is to much trouble for the staff waiting on, Jack is such a lovely man ,and goes out of his way to make you welcome, The surroundings and decorating is lovely, such a warm ambience, When the entertainment bar next door is open its ideal, somewhere to relax, enjoy the music and dancing after your meal, We have been on a new years eve before, and the firework display they put on is out of this world, Its all part of the restauarant, just the entertainment room, There is also a room that can host a private party, if needed, and all together superb place, really missed it during the pandemic, We had Christmas day booked, and new years eve, which unfortunately had to be cancelled, went last night for my birthday, as a lovely surprise the waiters came to my table with a indoor sparkler candle and sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me, such a lovely surprise, This place is so brilliant, i can not praise it enough, The best in the North west,
