HANGS UP ON AN CUSTOMER CALLING ABOUT ORDER
Just received my order on Jinn (the delivery service)
One of the items on my order was Preserved Egg (located in the congee section), which in my point on view was a congee with preserved egg, however i received my order on time and i discovered that this item was just 1 PIECE OF PRESERVED EGG for £6.40.
So i rung them up asking politely, the lady who answered the phone answer in cantonese and was welcoming at first, but as my question about whether if the order was a mistake was presented she turned overly defensive.
she presented herself in a rather unprofessional manner. I wanted to understand further, so naturally i asked a few FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS AND DECIDED TO HANGUP ON AN CUSTOMER with queries.
I have also decided not to visit this business again
