Food Hygiene Rating for Rizzoli Prosecco Bar

we visited this establishment in April 2018 I went up to the counter to look at the cakes , the waitress was doing something with the cream cartons and told me to take a seat when I asked her what she was doing with the cream cartons she said she was transferring the cream to pots,well I had a cream tea I got about a teaspoon of cream with my scone, so obviously the cream from the cartons had been split into the pots,surely these cartons of cream should be sold as supplied, also it did not look very hygienic the way the cream was being transferred, will not be returning!
