Very disappointed with our first visit. rnrnHad to wait at least 30 minutes at lunchtime for a simple toasted sandwich and a brunch bap! We had drunk our tea and coffee well before they arrived! Other customers were complaining about how long they had been waiting for simple meals ie Jacket Potato And cheese!! Coffee was so strong and had to ask for extra milk. What is very concerning is it was not even that busy! A smile from the order taker would have been. Nice too! Ok .. they may have been having a bad day but customers don’t want to know about it! Visited on 20th November around 1-1.30! Will not go back and will not recommend plus food wasn’t all that!
